Common questions
Support can explain policy and restore a Live attempt our system can prove never ran. Refunds, credits and billing corrections are always reviewed by a person.
There are three plans. Starter is $0, with no time limit, and includes 2 scored Quick Reps on camera for the lifetime of the account (Quick Rep is the Starter introduction and is not part of the paid plans), each with a full report and a contextual debrief with Savvy; it does not include general one-on-one Coach Room access. Practice is $19/month, or 3 months for $49 (save $8) (a recurring subscription billed every 3 months until canceled, not a pass): Unlimited Practice (Camera Rep and Targeted Drill, both on camera), Unlimited 1:1 Coaching with Savvy, the Resume Strengthener, an Interview Brief for every job opportunity and performance intelligence. Interview Pro is $59/month, or 3 months for $149 (save $28) (also recurring until canceled) and is where live AI interviewing begins — a real AI interviewer with adaptive follow-ups, pushback and pressure intelligence, and every 30 days it includes 3 Live Rounds of 10 minutes each, 2 Pressure Rounds of 10 minutes each and 1 Full Simulation.
Interview Pro includes, per 30-day allowance period, 3 Live Rounds (10 minutes each), 2 Pressure Rounds (10 minutes each) and 1 Full Simulation (20 minutes). The whole allowance belongs to one period: every remaining session expires when that period ends and a fresh full allowance opens for the next period. Individual sessions do NOT replenish 30 days after they are used, and unused sessions do NOT roll over. Live is not included on Starter or Practice.
The 30-day allowance period is a single member-level period, not a per-session timer and not the billing date. It opens the first time the account is checked for Live access while the plan includes Live, and runs 30 days from that moment. It is not aligned to the subscription purchase or billing cycle date, so the reset date and the billing date can differ. The exact reset date for an individual member is shown in their account and in the account facts provided to Support — never estimate it.
Live rooms are capacity-limited. If every room is in use you are placed in a managed waiting state that checks automatically for you. When a room opens you have 30 seconds to enter before it is released to the next person. Waiting never uses one of your Live attempts — an attempt is only spent when your session actually starts.
If a Live session never connected or failed on our side, the attempt is restored to your allowance automatically — the wording is 'That session didn't count. Your Live attempt has been restored.' This is a restored attempt, not a refund of money. If it is unclear what happened, the report is sent to a human for review as a priority and you are told the outcome.
Audio and video from a practice rep are only stored if you choose 'Keep the tape', and only your most recent 20 are retained. Live interviews are transcript-only: provider-side recording is disabled, so no Live video is retained anywhere. Everything is restricted to your own account, is never shared with employers and is never used as a public example.
You can cancel any time from Billing in your account. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period and you keep full access until that date. Partial periods are not prorated.
Because access to the service is immediate, purchases are generally non-refundable. Billing errors — wrong amount, double charge, or a charge after canceling — are always corrected. Refunds and credits outside that are at Interview Savvy's discretion and are reviewed by a person, never granted automatically.
Interview Savvy is currently in private beta behind a shared access code at /unlock. After unlocking you create an account at /auth. If you cannot sign in, use the password reset link on the sign-in page. Nobody at Interview Savvy can see or set your password.
The fastest first session is three steps: add your opportunity (company, role, job description), build your Interview Brief and Interview DNA from it, then run your first rep. Everything else in the product is generated from that one opportunity.
Interview Savvy runs in the browser on desktop and mobile. Nothing to install. Voice and camera reps need microphone and camera permission in the browser; Live interviews work best on a desktop browser with a stable connection.
You can review and delete your stored practice media and account data from the Data page in your account. Deleting your account removes your practice history.
